1. Plain-language overview

RankWorker is intended for lawful, safe-for-work SEO content planning and business publishing workflows. You may not use the Website or Services to generate NSFW, explicit, sexually suggestive, harmful, unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or exploitative content.

• Plan SEO content calendars, article briefs, metadata, and publishing workflows for lawful websites and businesses.
• Draft, edit, review, and export business, educational, informational, product, and marketing content that complies with applicable laws and platform rules.
• Use article-derived visual assets that are safe for work, relevant to the article topic, and suitable for general business audiences.
• Use generated output after human review for accuracy, originality, claims, citations, compliance, and audience suitability.

The following uses are not allowed. These rules apply to prompts, project data, uploaded or submitted materials, generated article drafts, article-derived visual assets, metadata, exports, edits, and any other use of the Services.

• NSFW content generation, including pornography, nudity, erotic material, sexual services content, fetish content, or other adult sexual content.
• Explicit or sexually suggestive content generation, including sexualized descriptions, sexualized visual assets, or content intended to arouse.
• Harmful content generation, including content that promotes, instructs, enables, or glorifies violence, self-harm, exploitation, abuse, harassment, hate, fraud, malware, illegal activity, or evasion of laws or platform rules.
• Content involving sexual exploitation, sexualization of minors, abuse, coercion, non-consensual intimate material, or attempts to create or obtain such content.
• Deceptive, infringing, spam, impersonation, phishing, counterfeit, or misleading content.
• Regulated professional advice presented as a substitute for qualified legal, medical, financial, tax, or safety advice.
• Attempts to bypass safety systems, access controls, usage limits, security protections, monitoring, or billing controls.

4. Your review obligations

Generated Output is a drafting aid. Before publishing, sharing, or relying on any output, you must review it for accuracy, originality, legality, third-party rights, safety, factual claims, citations, brand suitability, and compliance with this Policy.

5. Enforcement

We may refuse, remove, restrict, suspend, or terminate access to the Website or Services if we believe your use violates this Policy, the Terms of Service, applicable law, third-party rights, payment provider requirements, or platform safety requirements.
