Terms of Service

These Terms explain the rules, responsibilities, and conditions that apply when you access or use RankWorker.

1. Introduction and acceptance

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you and RankWorker concerning your access to and use of the Website and Services. By accessing or using the Website or Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

The Privacy Policy and Acceptable Use Policy are incorporated into and form part of these Terms.

2. Definitions

  • "Website" means RankWorker and related web pages.
  • "Services" means the functionality provided through the Website, including project setup, keyword and sitemap-based planning, content plan generation, article drafting, article-derived visual assets, calendar features, Markdown exports, and account or billing features.
  • "User" means any person who accesses or uses the Website or Services.
  • "Customer" means a User who starts a trial, purchases, or uses a paid plan.
  • "User Content" means project information, website URLs, keywords, brand positioning, custom instructions, uploaded or submitted materials, prompts, edits, and other content provided by a User.
  • "Generated Output" means content plans, article ideas, article drafts, article-derived visual assets, metadata, Markdown exports, and other output generated through the Services.

3. Service scope and eligibility

RankWorker helps Customers plan, generate, review, and export SEO-oriented content workflows. The Services may analyze project context, keywords, target market, sitemap information, audience settings, writing style, and custom instructions to produce content plans, article drafts, article-derived visual assets, and publishing workflow materials.

Generated Output is provided for drafting, planning, and operational assistance. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all Generated Output before publishing or relying on it.

You represent and warrant that you have legal capacity to enter into these Terms and that all registration, account, project, and billing information you submit is accurate and complete.

4. User Content, ownership, and license

You remain responsible for all User Content you submit. You may submit only User Content that you own, control, or are authorized to use for the purposes of the Services.

By submitting User Content, you grant RankWorker a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, transform, analyze, and use that User Content as reasonably necessary to provide, maintain, secure, support, and improve the Services.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment obligations, you may use Generated Output for your business or client content workflows. You are responsible for confirming that the final published material complies with applicable laws, platform rules, search engine guidelines, and third-party rights.

5. Trials, subscriptions, billing, and cancellation

The Website offers subscription plans and may offer trials, promotional pricing, one-time purchases, or add-ons. Applicable prices, plan limits, trial duration, billing period, renewal terms, features, and usage limits are presented at checkout and form part of these Terms.

Unless stated otherwise at checkout, subscription plans renew automatically until canceled. You may cancel future renewals through available account or billing controls, or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future renewal charges but does not automatically refund prior charges or consumed usage.

We may suspend or terminate access to Services for payment failure, fraudulent activity, charge abuse, excessive misuse, or material breach of these Terms.

6. Refund policy

Refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. To request a review, contact [email protected] with the account email, order details, and a short explanation.

Because the Services may incur planning, AI generation, infrastructure, and third-party payment costs shortly after use, any approved refund may be partial or unavailable where material usage, generated articles, article-derived visual assets, exports, or billing-provider costs have already occurred.

7. Prohibited conduct

You may use RankWorker only for lawful SEO content planning, drafting, and article-supported publishing workflows. You must not use the Services to create NSFW, explicit, sexually suggestive, harmful, unlawful, abusive, or deceptive content. The Acceptable Use Policy provides additional plain-language rules about what is and is not allowed.

  • Generating, requesting, publishing, or distributing NSFW content, explicit sexual content, sexually suggestive content, pornography, nudity, erotic material, sexual services content, or content intended to arouse.
  • Generating, requesting, publishing, or distributing harmful content, including content that promotes violence, self-harm, exploitation, abuse, harassment, hate, illegal activity, malware, fraud, or evasion of laws or platform rules.
  • Submitting project data, website content, keywords, brand materials, or instructions that you do not own or are not authorized to use.
  • Using Generated Output, metadata, exports, or article-derived visual assets for unlawful, deceptive, infringing, spam, or abusive purposes.
  • Publishing generated content without reviewing it for accuracy, legality, originality, claims, citations, and suitability for your audience.
  • Attempting to reverse engineer, scrape, overload, interfere with, disable, or circumvent security or technical protections of the Website or Services.
  • Misrepresenting generated output as professional legal, financial, medical, tax, or other regulated advice.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Website and Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RankWorker disclaims all implied warranties and will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Website or Services.

Plain-language summary

RankWorker is built to help you plan and draft content more efficiently, but it cannot guarantee rankings, traffic, conversions, uninterrupted access, perfect factual accuracy, or suitability for every publishing context.

9. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria, excluding conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms will be submitted to the competent courts of Bulgaria, subject to mandatory rights under applicable consumer protection law.

These Terms are intended to support compliance obligations, including privacy, billing, and consumer rights where applicable.
