Can I review articles before they go live?

Yes. Choose Save as draft in the Shopify integration settings. New articles arrive as Shopify drafts, so you can review and publish them in Shopify when you’re ready.

What gets synced to Shopify?

RankWorker syncs the article’s HTML content, title, excerpt, tags, author, images, and SEO metadata to your selected Shopify blog. Article content and image processing are handled within the same publishing workflow.

Can I publish articles I already created in RankWorker?

Yes. Use Sync for an individual article or Sync all in Articles. Connecting your store does not automatically backfill existing articles.

Can I change the destination blog?

Yes. All future syncs use the selected blog. Posts already in an earlier blog remain there; syncing articles to the new blog creates or updates copies in that destination.

What happens if I pause or disconnect Shopify?

Syncing stops, and your existing Shopify articles and images remain in your store. Disconnecting clears the saved connection and settings in RankWorker so you can set up a store again.

Can I connect multiple Shopify stores?

Use a separate RankWorker project for each store. One store connects to one project at a time, keeping its blog settings and publishing workflow separate.
